Our prized 69-year-old Sourdough Starter, the key ingredient that goes into all of our sourdough loaves.
A Proving Basket to rise your loaf in, made from German Birchwood which allows the dough to breath whilst it rises. We use these same baskets in our bakery around the clock.
A bag of Organic Rye Flour from our local mill, Shipton Mill. Great for feeding your Starter with and baking your first organic rye sourdough loaf.
Finally, we include our Organic Wild White Sourdough for inspiration.
