Our 5 shops (Chipping Sodbury, Nailsworth, Malmesbury, Tetbury and Gloucester Road, Bristol) serve their local communities with excellent, freshly made bread, cakes, pastries and coffees on a daily basis.

Located above the Chipping Sodbury shop, our Cookery School allows people of all generations to explore their love of cooking and baking with a range of classes led by our expert team, including bread making, pastries, cakes, pie making, butchery and BBQ.

An integral part of making the business tick, our sales team manages our wholesale relationships and online sales, including our increasing range of frozen products. They process all orders that come into the business, coordinating with our operations team to meet the demand in a timely manner. They are also responsible for all customer service enquiries.

Our People & Culture team ensures that all new starters have a positive introduction to the business and that all employees have what they need to develop and thrive in their roles. Liaising with each line manager, they oversee all training requirements as well as the wellbeing of all employees.

Our Finance Team works to keep our financial records accurate and compliant. Working closely with all departments the team assists with customer invoicing, supplier payments, producing financial projections and a whole lot more.
