We love to celebrate fellow bakers, and so we are on a mission to find the country’s best sourdough baker to be crowned Sourdough Champion, plus win an amazing baking bundle from Brook Food. This epic bundle will include bannetons, lames, couch cloth, dough boards, Silicone Mats and Scales.

Ten finalists will be invited to a sourdough filled day at our Cookery School, where we will bake together, learn from each other and you will be well fed and looked after. On this day we will choose the one lucky campion to receive the prize.

Rules for entering;

• You must be able to attend our baking day on Friday 9th September.
• Our competition is open to home bakers and professionals alike, but if entering as a micro bakery - you must be baking no more than 50 loaves per week.

Fill in the attached form with a photo or video of your loaf. We want to see creativity and passion, so bonus points for something exciting that we haven’t seen before! Our expert bakers will choose the best looking loaves to be invited to our baking day. Here we will ask you to bring a loaf for judging.
