Beginners cake course

We recently added some new courses to our list including the beginners cake courses.

Check out the cake and pastry section on our course list for a run through of all the new ones. Following feedback from our patisserie course attendees we’ve simplified the courses so that both beginners and more experienced bakers get the most out of the day. With this in mind, the beginners cake course on the 4th July with our expert Sasha is fast approaching. On this you’ll get to grips with a variety of sponges including victoria, lemon, chocolate and decorating as a bonus. If you’ve baked before and would consider yourself a beginner this is the one for you. In a day, Sasha will take you from beginner to baking extraordinaire.
