    • A mighty, malted sourdough proved for 14 hours with a delicious chewy texture and flavoursome crust.
      Our head baker Martin created this beauty of a loaf. We took it home one evening and whilst we enjoyed it thickly buttered with dinner we set about trying to name it. We drew on our inspiration from French bakeries, family holidays in France and of course our bakers, that night our St Martin was born!
      Weighing in at an impressive 1.25 kgs, this substantial loaf will keep you going all week. A great daily bread, perfect for sandwiches, toasties and served with a meal.
